“TORDA450”– Rev. Michelle Buhite
This January marks the 450th anniversary of the Edict of Torda, also known as the Edict of Toleration, which made Unitarianism an official religion in Transylvania during the reign of King John Sigismund (1568). In a religion that is usually celebrated in decades, let’s look back to some of our deeper roots. Bring a pair of shoes or bless the shoes/boots you are wearing as we celebrate a Shoe Communion during the Time for All Ages. (all shoes go back home with you)
